However, this will shoot up significantly depending upon different places like if the stay is luxurious and your mode of travel was air or hired taxi, your budget may be estimated to be Rs 10000 minimum. The first stone of this park was laid by Lord Cubbon, who was Mysore’s British Commissioner. Hence, the park got its name. It is interesting to know that even the famous Bangalore Aquarium is in the park. It is the second largest in the country and deserves a visit.

Also, if you are travelling by a taxi or your own car, en-route you will find a watchtower which offers a 360 view of the entire rocky terrain blessed with lush greenery.

Are you an ardent follower of religion and visit temples wherever you go? If Yes, this popular Bull temple will be your go to place that will give you the inner peace required. It is ancient temple that is dedicated to Nandi Bull, Lord Shiva’a wagon, and hence also called the Nandi Temple. The Nandi statue present in the temple is almost 15 feet high and over 21 feet long. There is also a temple dedicated to Lord Ganesh in the premises.

A city that is popular not just for the places you can visit around but also the climate is ready to welcome you any time of the year. The summers are pleasant unlike other hot cities in India. Monsoon looks beautiful for the space the city has and of course, winter is cold enough to make you feel its winter. Any time of the year, the city is all set to make your trip a memorable one.

How to Reach Bangalore?

There are many routes that you can opt if you have to travel to Bangalore from any part of this country. If you travel from Delhi, you can choose any of the options; flight which is approximately 3 hours to the destination, train that runs through Yeshwathpur, or makes you reach Bangalore cant directly from New Delhi railway station and by bus that will make you reach in approximately 35-40 hours. Of course, bus journey doesn’t look feasible. If you are travelling for a family trip from Mumbai, you can choose either train or flight. The distance from Mumbai is not much. Hence, bus won’t be bad either.

From the nearby cities, you can opt for hired taxis or public transport such as bus or train. The option depends entirely on you. You must know that depending on the route, you also spend your money.

It is advisable to plan a trip to Bangalore or for that matter to any city in advance for better enjoyment in less price. Being a metropolitan, Bangalore has its own Airport and 2 Railway Stations.
